Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 90-01- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CERTIFYING PETITION AND ORDERING THE UPDATING OF <br />FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR WACO STREET N.W. AND WACO DRIVE N.W. BITUMINOUS <br />SURFACING IMPROVEMENT (PROJECT #90-01) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has received a petition for a feasibility study to consider <br />the improvement of bituminous surfacing for Waco Street N.W. and Waco Drive N.W.; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be of the correct <br />percentage of lawful signatures of affected property owners; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Administrator has tound the petition to be in accord with the <br />City Charter and Minnesota Statutes concerning local improvements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> I ) A certain petition requesting a feasibility study to consider the <br />improvement of bituminous sudacing for Waco Street N.W. and Waco Drive N.W has been filed <br />with the City Council on January 23, 1990. The petition is hereby declared to be signed by the <br />required percentage of affected property owners. This declaration is made in conformity to the <br />City of Ramsey ordinance 210.01 and Minnesota Statute Chapter 429. <br /> <br /> 2 ) The petition is hereby referred to Peter Raatikka, City Engineer, and he <br />is instructed to updated feasibility study to the City Council with all convenient speed advising <br />the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to <br />the cost of the project to each affected properly owner. The City Engineer shall also comment as <br />to whether it should be best to be done as proposed or in conjunction with some other <br />improvement. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />The above mentioned project shall hereby be referred to by the Project <br /> <br />#90-01 . <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 23rd day of January, 1990. <br /> <br /> <br />
