INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDER <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />6) <br /> <br />7) <br /> <br />Sealed bids will be accepted unlil Wednesday, February 21, 1990, 2:00 p.m., at the <br />office of the City Administrator, Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Bids shall be in a sealed envelope endorsed, BID FOR STREET DEPARTMENT 32,000 GVW <br />CAB AND CHASSfS. <br /> <br />Bids shall be submitted on the Proposal Form, herewith attached and shall be <br />accompanied by complele specificalions of the truck that is bid. <br /> <br />Delivery date must be stated on the proposal and may be considered in awarding the bid. <br /> <br />The City may award to the lowest bidder and/or in the best interests of the Cily. <br /> <br />Bid security from the successful bidder shall be retained until delivery of the equipment <br />is made. <br /> <br />The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. <br /> <br /> <br />
