Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~90-01o <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING AND <br />CONSTRUCTION OF COUNCIL TABLE <br /> <br />REJECTING ALL BIDS FOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for construction of a Council table, the <br />following bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law on November 28, 1989: <br /> <br />Bidder Amount <br /> <br />Woodcraft Indusn'ies, Inc, <br /> <br />(see attachment for detailed bid) <br /> <br />$9,230.00 (Bid as specific) <br />$7,265.00 (Alternate # 1) <br />$6,200.00 (Alternate #2) <br />$5,850.00 (Alternate #3) <br />$4,550.00 (Alternate #4) <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, Woodcraft Industries, Inc. has submitted the only bid. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council hereby rejects all bids for the construction of a <br />Council table according to plans and specifications therefore approved by the Ramsey City Council <br />and on file in the office of the City Administrator. <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to return <br />forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, and readvertise for bids. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and the upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 23rd day of January, 1990. <br /> <br /> <br />
