NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 5, 1989, al 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Cenler, 15153 Nowlhen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, MN. The purpose of the hearing is to consider Mr. John Haubrich's request for preliminary plat approval of the proposed Haubrich Addition. The plat consists of 17.2 acres and is proposed to be developed wilh six (6) single-family rural residential lots. The property is legally described as follows: .. That part of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at a point on the West line thereof distant 732 feet South from the Northwest corner thereof; thence East and parallel with the North line thereof a distance of 1100.32 feet to its intersection with the centerline of County State Aid Highway No. 5 {Nowthen Boutevard) as the same is now laid out and traveled; thence Southeasterly along said centefline a distance of 674.60 feet to Its intersection with the South line thereof; thence West along the South line thereof a distance of 1434.67 feet to the Southwest corner thereof; thence North along the West line thereof a distance of 591.06 feet to the point of commencement. Subject to any existing easements, covenants,-restrictions or reservations. Ail persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the request for preliminary plat approval. Writlen comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Planning and Zoning Commission, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, MN 55353.
