11. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT - HAUBRICH ADDITION <br /> <br />Street/Traffic SiGns, Street LiGht and Seal CoatinG. <br />The CITY will install in the Plat, as Stage II <br />Improvements street/traffic signs, street light and <br />street seal coating. DEVELOPER will pay to the CITY an <br />amount equal to 100% of the City Engineer's estimated <br />construction cost of the items prior to recording of the <br />final Plat. The street light will be installed by the <br />CITY at the intersection of 151st Lane NW and Nowthen <br />Boulevard. The cost of these items is Three Thousand Six <br />Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($3,600.00). The specific <br />amount for each of the Stage II Improvements is as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1 Street Sign <br />1 Stop Sign <br />1 Deadend Sign <br />Seal Coating <br />1 Street Light <br /> <br />$ 100.00 <br />$ lOO.OO <br />$ 100.00 <br />$2,100.00 <br />$1,200.00 <br /> <br />Total: $3,600.00 <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />PERMITS AND OCCUPANCY: <br /> <br />Other Permits. The DEVELOPER shall provide to the CITY <br />a copy of all required land development/environmental <br />permit(s) and permit requirements from all other <br />governmental agencies including U.S. Army Corp of <br />Engineers and Department of Natural Resources. <br /> <br />Requirements for Building Permits. No building permit <br />for any lot in the Plat shall be issued until (a) <br />vehicular access to the lot is provided including the <br />installation of Class V material on all streets in the <br />Plat; (b) site plan approval is granted by the CITY and <br />any additional expense incurred in giving site plan <br />approval has been reimbursed to the CITY; (c) a <br />Certificate of Survey including that information required <br />by the CITY has been supplied to the Building Official, <br />and the financial guarantees required by paragraphs four <br />(4) and five (5) above have been satisfied. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />PARK DEDICATION: <br /> <br />Land Dedication and Cash Deposit. Park Dedication shall <br />be satisfied by the DEVELOPER dedicating to the CITY <br />those parcels of land shown as "Park" on the Final Plat. <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />?? <br /> <br /> <br />
