NO TICE OF PIJBI~C I-IEARING <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINqWESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Ramsay Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a <br />public hearing on Monday, November 6, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsay Municipal Center, 15153 <br />Nowthen Blvd. lXrW, Ramsay, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider Mr. Dean D. Helgeson's request for preliminary <br />plat approval of the proposed Trott Brook Ridge Addition. The plat consists of approximately 80 <br />acres and is proposed to be developed with approximately 11 single family rural residential lots. <br />The property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />West Half of the Southwest Quarter, Section 9, Township 32, Range 25, and Lot 8, Block 6, <br />GOLDEN EAGLE ESTATES, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> All persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the request for preliminary <br />plat approval. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsay, Minnesota 55303.
