110.208 Permit Renewal <br /> <br />Permits ma5' be renewed on an annual basis by the permittee filing with the City on a City <br />prescribed form a statement to the effect that the Recreational Fire Site has not been materially <br />altered from the time it was inspected by the City's Fire Department personnel. Upon this <br />certification, and payment of a permit renewal fee in amount established from time to time by City <br />Council resolution, the permit will be automatically renewed, unless one or more of the criteria for <br />permit revocation described above is present, and in that event, the permit may not be renewed. <br /> <br />110.209 Recreational Fire Itours and Miscellaneous Requirements <br /> <br />Recreational Fires shall be permitted only between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Monday <br />through l:;riday (weekdays) and 5:00 p.m. Friday to 6:00 a.m.on the following Monday <br />(weekends). <br /> <br />Notwithstanding the above, Recreational Fires will be permitted on State of Minnesota legal <br />holidays. Commencing at 5:00 p.m. the day preceding the holiday to 6:00 a.m. on the day <br />subsequent to the holiday. <br /> <br />The permit holder shall be required to insure (l) that Recreational Fires are attended by a person of <br />suitable age and discretion; (2) that the fire is extinguished completely beforethe least person leaves <br />the site; and (3) that a valid permit as required by the Chapter be available for inspection by the <br />Ramsey Police Department, fire Department and/or DNrR Forest Officer. <br /> <br />110.2010 No Recreatignal Fires During Bt!rnin_.o Ban or Air Ouality Alert <br /> <br />Notwithstanding a validly existing permit, no Recreational Fire will be permitted when the City or <br />DNR has officially declared a burning ban due to potential hazardous f'n-e conditions or when the <br />Minnesota Pollution control Agency (PCA) has declared an Air Quality Alert. Burning ban <br />information will be communicated to the permittee when the permittee notifies the City of his/her <br />intent to start a Recreational Fire. <br /> <br />110.2011 Open Burning <br /> <br />Open Burning as defined herein and as regulated by Chapter 110.19 of the City Code is permitted <br />only upon compliance with the regulations as set forth in Chapter 110.19. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. <br /> <br />EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> <br />This Ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and thirty (30) days after its publication <br />according to law, subject to City Charter Provision, Section 5.04. <br /> <br /> PASSED by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota this the ~ <br />April, 1990. <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
