Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #90-03- <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION OF LAND FOR PARK PURPOSES <br />BEYOND THE SUBDIVISION PARK DEDICATION REQUIREMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 23, 1990, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution//90-01- <br />21: Resolution Granting Final Plat Approval of Trott Brook Ridge; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Dean D. Helgeson, developer of Trott Brook Ridge Addition, is requesting <br />the City to accept the donation of 5.93 acres of land in addition to the Park Dedication <br />Requirement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the final plat of Trott Brook Ridge Addition has been redrawn to show the <br />addition of 5.93 acres of land as a donation to the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby accepts Dean D. Helgeson's donation of 5.93 acres <br />of land for park purposes. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the Ramse3, City Council hereby reapproves the final plat for Trott Brook Ridge <br />Addition as modified in showing the additional 5.93 acres of land donation as part of the <br />park area in Trott Brook Ridge Addition. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared dui3, passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 27th day of March, 1990. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
