I have consulted the County <br />records and found that the signature is of the affecled properly owner. The only affected property not signing the petition is PIN <br />25-32-25-23-0001. The County lists this property as being owned by Walter Scroggins and <br />the taxpayer being Ludwig R. Hanus. I have contacted both parties to see if the property is being <br />purchased on a contract for deed or under some other arrangement. <br /> <br />On the attached map, the properties represented by signatures are highlighted in pink. The <br />properties owners in the affected area not signing the petition are highlighted in blue. Also <br />included is the petition that was received by the City. <br /> <br /> <br />
