Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-03- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING PETITION AND CALLING FOR A FEASIBILITY <br />STUDY ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-14 (EXTENSION OF SANITARY <br />SEWER AND WATER FOR WOOD ItlLL PONDS ADDITION) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has received a petition for a feasibility study to consider the <br />extension of sanitary sewer and water for Wood Hill Ponds Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be of the correct percentage <br />of lawful signatures of affected property owners; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be in accordance with the <br />City Charter and Minnesota Statutes concerning local improvements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />A certain petition requesting a feasibility study to consider the extension of sanitary sewer <br />and water for Wood Hill Ponds Addition has been filed with the City Council on March 27, <br />1990. The petition is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of affected <br />property owners. This declaration is made in conformity to Ramsey City Ordinance 210.01 <br />and Minnesota Statute Chapter 429. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />The petition is hereby referred to Peter Raatikka, City Engineer, and he is instructed to <br />prepare a feasibility study to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the <br />Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to <br />the cost of the project to each affected property owner. The City Engineer shall also <br />comment as to whether it should best be done as proposed or in conjunction with some <br />other improvement. <br /> <br />3) The above mentioned project shall hereby be referred to as Improvement Project ~t90-14. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 27th day of March, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
