On February 13, 1990, the DeveloPer r~submitted Hauser Addition with minimum one (1) acre <br />lots. <br /> <br />Planning & Zoning Commission Recommendations: <br /> <br />On March 6, 1990, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the <br />sketch plan of Hauser Addition as per the City Engineer's Review dated February 27, 1990, and to <br />recommend that City Council approve the final plat of this minor subdivision. The Commission <br />also directed staff to initiate action to rezone B-1 Business property outside the MUSA boundm9, to <br />KB Rural Business District. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends final plat approval of Hauser Addition as per the City Engineer's Review dated <br />February 27, 1990. In addition, staff notes that although the proposed plat meets minimum <br />requirements, it could be better laid-out; particularly for the long-term development.
