CASE <br /> <br /> ADOPT RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND <br />ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS #87-27 AND #89.14 <br />(JUNIPER WOODS ADDITION) <br /> By: Pete Raatikka, City Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As authorized by Council, we have prepared plans and specifications for the construction of <br />sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer and streets for the plat of Juniper Woods Additio. <br /> <br />These plans were prepared in accordance with the feasibility study with the exception of the <br />drainage. In lieu of constructing a storm sewer outlet into the Rum River, we are proposing to <br />provide ponding for a 100 year storm. <br /> <br />The plans also include a temporary bituminous access road from 153rd Avenue N.W. as required <br />for the plat approval.
