MAKE THE SCENE, <br />KEEP RAMSEY CLEAN COMMITTEE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Make The Scene, Keep Ramsey Clean Committee conducted a regular meeting on Monday, <br />December 5, 1989 al the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Claudia Dodge <br />David Bawden <br />Merle Mevissen <br />Robert Bruns <br />Glen Hardin <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />James Gromberg, Project Manager <br /> <br />The Committee discussed the possibility of applying for a grant for the Celebrate Minnesota <br />1990 Program, The Committee set a subcommittee meeting to discuss the completing of the <br />grant application form. At the subcommittee meeting it was decided not to apply for a grant, but <br />to become involved in the program. <br /> <br />Projects for 1989 were discussed. Ideas included: <br /> <br /> Adopt-A-Park <br /> - Dedication of the Park Center <br /> - Have certain pick-up days during Ramsey Clean-up Week <br /> <br />Committee members are encouraged to use these suggestions to help develop ideas for programs <br />for 1989 and 1990. <br /> <br />The Committee accepted the style of the letterhead suggested by the Education and <br />Communications Subcommittee. The letterhead will be ordered when the bids are received for <br />recycled paper stock. <br /> <br />The next Full Committee meeting date was set for January 9, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />
