N.W. <br /> Ramsey, MN 55303 <br /> <br /> Dear Dave: <br /> <br />I am pleased to inform you that the Anoka County I~oard of Commissioners on ! <br />Tuesday, February 27, 1990 did authori~.e a 15-cent per capita County subsidy for <br />augmentation of the municipal per-hour fee paid election judges, providing the <br />resulting pay is at least $9 per hour. This per capita payment would be bas'ed on <br />the Metropolitan Council's county population estimates of February 23, 1990. <br /> <br />This action was taken in conjunction with authorizing the following relating to an <br />optical scan system with the County using the optical scan system in the 1990 <br />elections, unless the vendor is unable to perform within an acceptable time period: <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Lease a system compatible with the optical scan system to be acquired by <br />several Anoka County municipalities. <br />Make application to the Secretary of State's Office to operate this system <br />under the "Experimental Use" provision of Minn. Stat. §206.18.
