ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> <br />City of Ramsey <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. <br />Ramsey, MN 55303 <br /> <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br /> <br />Separate sealed bids for the Second Year Decentralized Brush Chipping program for the <br />City of Ramsey will be received by the City of Ramsey at the office of the City <br />Administrator until May 8, 1990 at 11:00 a.m. and then at said office publicly opened <br />and read aloud. <br /> <br />Principal components of the project include the following: <br /> <br /> Chipping of brush up to six (6) inches in diameter at various residential <br /> locations <br /> <br /> Approximately 10,000 cubic yards of brush to be chipped <br /> <br /> Hourly cost for brush chipping with a one (1) person crew and a two (2) person <br /> crew. <br /> <br />Equipment required <br /> <br /> Chipper capable of handling up to eight (8) inch diameter branches with a 12 <br /> inch diameter feed and directional discharge spout <br /> <br /> 10 cubic yard vehicle to move chips to city designated sites. Vehicle should be <br /> equipt with hydraulic box to unload chips at city designated sites. <br /> <br />The contract documents may be examined at the following location: <br /> <br />Ramsey City Hall <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. <br />Ramsey, MN 55303 <br /> <br />Copies of the contract documents may be obtained at the office of the Project Manager <br />located at Ramsey City Hall 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. Ramsey, MN 55303 <br /> <br />No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing <br />time for the receipt of bids.
