Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION ~90-03- RESOLUTION RECEIVING AND AWARDING BID FOR PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT FOR RAMSEY VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT WHEREAS, the City has solicited and received price quotes for the following equipment: Mid-Central. Akron 2.5" turbojet nozzles Model #1725P (2) $788.00 Akron 1.5" automatic nozzles Model #5121 (2) $842.00 Akron gated wye - 2.5"F x (2)1.5"M Model #2581 (1) $201.00 Angus adapter - 4.5"F (NST) x elbowed 5" storz Model #A545EL (1) $148.00 GlgrCy's Safety Equipment. Inc. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes purchase of equipment for the Ramsey Volunteer Fire Department from Mid-Central, Inc. in the amount Of $1,979.00. 2) That this purchase shall be funded from the 1990 General Fund Budget, Fire Department Sub-function, Capital Outlay or Account Number 101-45580-002220. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 10th day of April, 1990.
