Culverts along 146th Avenue N.W. were removed as recommended. <br /> <br />The proposed blue spruce has been specified at a minimum <br />height of 5 feet and the thickness of the poly has been <br />increased to 6 mils in the rock mulch areas. <br /> <br />Lights and poles have been added at the two easterly <br />entrances. The type of light fixture should be specified. <br /> <br />5. Details of the trash enclosure have been added as requested. <br /> <br />The developer has shown by-pass and right turn lanes along <br />Armstrong Boulevard as recommended by the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission.
