PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />ANOKA COUNTY CENTRAL COMMUNICATIONS <br />EMERGENCY RADIO RECEIVER TOWER <br /> April 1, 1990 <br /> <br />On ,1990, a conditional use permit was issued to Anoka County Central <br />Communications to construct and maintain an emergency radio receiver tower facility in the City of <br />Ramsey. The subject property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. This conditional <br />use permit is perpetual in it's duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. <br />The conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the development of the radio receiver tower facility shall be accomplished with <br />a minimum amount of tree removal, brush clearing and mowing. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />The equipment shelter shall be brown in color to blend in with the surrounding <br />environment. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That the permittee shall keep the tower and appurtenant smactures in good repair at <br />all times. <br /> <br />4) That the maximum height of the tower/antenna shall be 60 feet. <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />That the subject property shall be maintained in a manner compatible with that of the <br />surrounding neighborhood. <br /> <br />6) <br /> <br />The conditional use permit granted herein is subject to review at any reasonable time <br />and shall be reviewed annually by City Staff and is subject to revocation for <br />violation pursuant to those procedures as required by City Code. <br /> <br />Anoka County Central Communications hereby acknowledges receipt of this conditional use permit <br />and that they have reviewed the conditions of this permit and have agreed that they will cause <br />compliance with the terms of this permit. <br /> <br />q5 <br /> <br /> <br />
