dated December 5~ 1989. Tom Donohue, Engineer representing the developers, stated that all the <br />items requested by the City Engineer will be complied with. In addition, recently completed soil <br />boring indicates that adequate Class I soils are present on all the lots. Furthermore, the cul-de-sac <br />length has been shortened to comply with City Code and access to the lots is from internal streets <br />and not from 153rd Street N.W. The total gross area is 39.9 acres with a density average of 2.49 <br />acres per lot with the net size of approximately 2.3 acres each. <br /> <br />On December 19, 1989, the Ramsey City Council approved the preliminary plat of Stanhope <br />Terrace as per the City Engineer's Review dated December 5, 1989. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends final plat approval of Stanhope Terrace Addition. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt/not adopt Resolution g'90-04- <br />Addition. <br /> <br />to approve the final plat of Stanhope Terrace <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney X <br />City Engineer X <br />Community Development Director X <br /> <br />Chief of Police <br />Finance Officer <br />Planning & Zoning Comm. <br />Park & Recreation Comm. <br /> <br /> <br />
