NOTICE OF PUBLIC ~G <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a <br />public hearing on Tuesday, December 5, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 <br />Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider Marie Skiba's request for preliminary plat <br />approval of the proposed Stanhope Terrace Addition. The plat consists of approximately 40 acres <br />and is proposed to be developed with approximately 16 single family residential lots. The property <br />is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 32 N and, Range 25 <br />W, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> All persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the request for preliminary <br />plat approval. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsey, Minnesota 55303.
