I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> i <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT - STANHOPE TERRACE <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, a municipal corporation of the State of Minnesota (the <br />"CITY"), and ANN CANIO and TOM SKIBA, whose address is 14537 Durham <br /> <br />Road, Minnetonka, Minnesota 55345 ("the DEVELOPER"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the FEE OWNER of the Subject Property is Marie Skiba, <br />whose address is 230 Craigbrook Way, Fridley, Minnesota; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER desires to plat the following described <br />property situated in the CITY OF RAMSEY, County of Anoka, State of <br />Minnesota, and legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> The Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 24, <br /> Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota; <br /> <br />the "Subject Property"; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 24, 1990, pursuant to Resolution 90-04- <br />the CITY approved the final plat of the Subject Property which plat <br />is known as STANHOPE TERRACE (the "Plat") contingent on certain <br />requirements, including DEVELOPER and CITY entering into this <br />Agreement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, no expenditure of CITY funds, will be made until the <br /> <br />City Code escrow requirements have been fulfilled by DEVELOPER; and <br /> WHEREAS, City Code Section 170.039B defines "Stage I" <br /> <br />Improvements and "Stage II" Improvements which definition is used <br /> <br /> <br />
