ADOPT RESOLUTIONS APPROVING <br /> PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND <br />ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS AND <br />AUTHORIZING RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITION. <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 989-13 <br /> By: Pete Raatikka, City Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As authorized by Council, we have prepared plans and specifications <br />for the construction of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer and <br />streets for Rivlyn Avenue. <br /> <br />These plans were prepared in accordance with the feasibility study <br />with the exception of the connection to the existing sewer. Due <br />to the elevation of the house on the east end of the project, we <br />had to connect to the sewer line in Front Street at the Graves <br />property. This will require acquisition of two additional <br />easements.
