CASE <br /> <br />CONSIDER REVOCATION OF RAMSEY AUTO SALES <br /> MOTOR VEHICLE SALES LICENSE <br /> <br />BY: William K. Goodrich <br /> <br />Background'. <br /> <br />On January 23, 1990, the City issued a Motor Vehicles Sales License <br />to Ramsey Auto Sales. This license was issued pursuant to Section <br />130.0111 of the City Code. The City has been notified that <br />effective January 26, 1990, Ramsey Auto Sales has not had a valid <br />State license. Paragraph 19 of Section 130.0111 of the City Code <br />indicates that this failure to have a valid State license is <br />grounds for City license revocation.
