This permit was issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. This permit is <br />· perpetual in it's duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />Access to the subject property shall only be: a) an exit only access from the property onto <br />Highway 10 at the west property boundary; and b) an access from Ramsey Boulevard in <br />it's present location. <br /> <br />2. There shall be no more than 50 vehicles for sale at any one time on the subject property. <br /> <br />3. There shall be at least 7 off-street parking spaces provided. <br /> <br />All off-street parking spaces, driveways and car display areas shall be surfaced with <br />concrete or blacktop. This surfacing shall be completed by July 30, 1989. In order to <br />guarantee that the surfacing shall be completed, a financial guarantee of 150% of the City <br />Engineer's estimated cost for improvements shall be deposited with the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />A landscaping plan shall be provided to the City and landscaping shall be maintained in <br />accordance with this plan. It is the responsibility of the property owner to maintain such <br />landscaping <br /> <br />There shall be no exterior storage of vehicle pans, tires or pans inventory. The purpose of <br />this requirement is to prohibit salvage and junk yard activities. <br /> <br />7. All lighting on the property shall be arranged so as to deflect from the adjacent su'eets. <br /> <br />That the applicant agrees to grant an option to the City for a period of fifteen (15) years to <br />purchase right-of-way for frontage road/utility purposes over and across the northerly sixty <br />(60) feet of the site, at a price determined to be acceptable by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />9. The owner of the property shall also provide.signature on this permit. <br /> <br />Mr. Robert Wojcik hereby acknowledges receipt of this conditional use permit and that he has <br />reviewed the conditions of this permit and has agreed that he will cause compliance with the terms <br />of this permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
