Initial Meeting. Meet with city staff to confirm project objectives and to discuss revised <br />development scenarios and timing of development. <br />2. Estimated Public Costs. Prepare schedule of actual costs incurred to date and future <br />estimated costs by year, reported by tax increment reporting categories. <br />
