CONSENT OF CITY OF RAMSEY <br />The City of Ramsey hereby agrees to Sections 6 through 15 and 19 of the aforesaid Assignment <br />and Assumption of Development Contract dated March 8, 2005, by and between Ramdance <br />LLC, as assignor, and Sophia -Ramsey LLC, as assignee. The City of Ramsey consents to the <br />assignment of the Secondary Developer's right, title and interest in the Development Contract for <br />Ramsey Town Center 3`d Addition dated December 22, 2004, by and between Ramdance LLC <br />and the City of Ramsey in accordance with the terms and conditions of the aforesaid Assignment <br />and Assumption of Development Contract. The City of Ramsey further consents to the <br />conveyance of the property to be described after platting as Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Ramsey Town <br />Center 3`d Addition, Anoka County, from Ramdance LLC to Sophia -Ramsey LLC.
