(iv) Lower Rum River Watershed Management Organization, <br />(v) Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, <br />(vi) Metropolitan Council, <br />(vn) Minnesota Department of Natural Resources ("DNR",) <br />(vni) U S Army Corps of Engineers, <br />(ix) Minnesota Department of Health, <br />(x) Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources, <br />(xi) Minnesota Environmental Quality Board, <br />(xu) any other regulatory or governmental agency or entity affected by, or <br />having jurisdiction over, Development on the Subject Property <br />(jj) Parkland "Parkland" means the portions of the Subject Property the Developei is <br />obligated to convey to the City or dedicate to the public as public parks The <br />Parkland is legally descnbed on the attached Exhibit E <br />(kk) Parkland Improvements "Parkland Improvements" has the meaning set forth in <br />Section 4 11 <br />(11) Parkland and Trail Plan "Parkland and Trail Plan" means the preliminary <br />Parkland and Tiail Plans to be agreed upon pursuant to Section 4 11 <br />(mm) Phase The City and the Developer contemplate that the Subject Property will be <br />developed in numerous phases, the precise boundaries of which are not yet <br />established A "Phase" is a portion of the Subject Property intended for separate <br />Development A Phase may either be a "proposed" Phase if the City has not yet <br />approved the Final Plans for that Phase or an "approved" Phase if the City has <br />approved the Final Plans for that Phase <br />(tin) Phase I Landscape Plan "Phase I Landscape Plan" means the Phase I Landscape <br />Plan descnbed in Section 7 2(b) <br />(oo) Phase I Parking Ramp "Phase I Parking Ramp" means the Phase I Paiking Ramp <br />descnbed in Section 9 2 <br />(pp) Phase II Landscape Plan "Phase II Landscape Plan" means the Phase II <br />Landscape Plan descnbed in Section 7 8(c) <br />(qq) Phase Public Improvements "Phase Public Improvements" are those Public <br />Improvements the Secondary Development Agreement for an approved Phase <br />requires the Secondary Developer for that Phase to construct or install <br />t555730vI3 7 <br />
