t <br />(kk) Parkland Improvements. "Parkland Improvements" has the <br />meaning set forth in the Parkland and Trail Plan. <br />4. Section 2.1(11) is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />(11) Parkland and Trail Plan. "Parkland and Trail Plan" means the <br />Parkland and Trail Plan Agreement for Ramsey Town Center dated as of <br />February ,2005. <br />5. Section 2.1(oo) of the Master Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced <br />with the following: <br />(oo) Parking Improvements. "Parking Improvements" means the <br />parking improvements described on Exhibit N. <br />6. Section 2.1(ss) of the Master Agreement is hereby amended by replacing the reference to <br />the "Phase I Parking Ramp" in the last line thereof with a reference to the "Parking <br />Improvements." <br />7. Section 2.1(fff) is hereby added to the Master Agreement to read as follows: <br />(fff) "Core Area" means the property legally described on the attached <br />Exhibit M. <br />8. Section 2.1(ggg) is hereby added to the Master Agreement to read as follows: <br />(ggg) First Amendment. "First Amendment" means this First <br />Amendment to Master Development Agreement. <br />9. Section 2.1(hhh) is hereby added to the Master Development Agreement to read as <br />follows: <br />(hhh) Interested Parties. "Interested Parties" means Ramdance; PSD; <br />Community National Bank, N.A.; William G. Sandison; Jerome B. <br />Peterson and Ross W. Sandison; Pentagon Credit, LLC.; and any other <br />individuals or entities with any legal or equitable title to or lien on, all or <br />any part of the Unsold Subject Property including but not limited to <br />vendee's under a purchase agreement, option holders, holders of any future <br />interest in or to the property, and mortgagees. <br />10. Section 2.1(iii) is hereby added to the Master Agreement to read as follows: <br />(iii) Unsold Subject Property. "Unsold Subject Property" means all of <br />the Subject Property except Lot 1, Block 1; Lot 1, Block 2; and Outlots B, <br />D, G, K, P, R, V, CC, DD and HH, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER <br />ADDITION; Lots 1 through 47, Block 1; Lots I through 35, Block 2 and <br />Outlot A, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 2ND ADDITION; and Lot 1, <br />2 <br />
