He welcomed <br />Building Official Rick Jarson to City staff and stated the Police Department is now posting <br />advisories on the City's Facebook, including lost pets that have been returned to their owners. <br />Councilmember Backous congratulated Northern Light's soccer teams for their success during <br />the Fall State Tournament and for well representing the City of Ramsey. <br />Councilmember Kuzma provided an update on the October 17, 2013, Lower Rum River Water <br />Management Organization's action relating to an amendment to the JPA and voting structure for <br />capital improvements, which was forwarded to its attorney. <br />Councilmember Tossey announced an opportunity to contribute, for those who are able, to <br />defray costs for cutting edge technology that would help Gavin Pierson, a 7-year-old Ramsey <br />resident suffering with brain cancer. <br />9.
