Councilmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION %90-05- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING PRICE QUOTES AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR SERVICE <br />PROJECT 90-1 (STREET CRACK FILLING). <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for price quotes for Service <br />Project 90-1, quotes were received, opened and tabulated according <br />to law, and the following quotes were received complying with the <br />request. <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Amount of Bid <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, it appears that <br />is the lowest responsible bidder. <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the Mayor and City Administrator/Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to enter into a contract with <br />of in the name of the City of Ramsey for Service <br />Project 90-1 according to the plans and specifications therefore <br />approved by the Ramsey City Council and on file in the office of <br />the City Administrator/Clerk. <br /> <br /> 2) The city Administrator/Clerk is hereby authorized and <br />directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with <br />their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and <br />next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been <br />signed. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded, by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the 8th day of May, 1990. <br /> <br /> <br />
