Councilmember moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION #90-05- RESOLUTION RECEIVINS REPORT AND CALLIN~ A HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-18 (STREET LIGHTS FOR RIVLYN AVENUE) WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted April 24, 1990, a report has been prepared by Mr. Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with reference to Street Lights for Rivlyn Avenue, and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on May 8, 1990 which report indicates the following: Estimated total cost of project Estimated total assessment per unit (individual property cost) Estimated annual assessment per unit 10 year term NOW, THEREFOREt BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOK~ COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of street lights in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $ . 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on June 12, 1990 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the. following, voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey city Council this the 8th day of May, 1990.
