I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #90-05- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR THE DECENTRALIZED <br />BRUSH CHIPPING PROGRAM <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council has awarded the City of Ramsey a demonstration <br />grant; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has received the following competitive bids from <br />independent contractors: <br /> <br /> B. tQQEB AMOUNT <br /> <br />- One Person Crew <br />- Two Person Crew <br />- Each Additional Person <br /> <br />One Person Crew <br />Two Person Crew <br />Each Additional Person <br /> <br />- One Person Crew <br />- Two Person Crew <br />- Each Additional Person <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1 ) That the City Council hereby authorizes to be the primary <br /> contractor for the Decentralized Brush Chipping Program and that. be <br /> the secondary contractor. <br /> <br />2 ) That the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with in the name of the City of Ramsey for the Decentralized Brush <br />Chipping Program according to the plans and specifications approved by the City Council on <br />April 10, 1990. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 8th day of May, 1990. <br /> <br />51 <br /> <br /> <br />
