MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />City Council <br /> <br />Mike Auspos, Chief of Police <br /> <br />May 3, 1990 <br /> <br />Party House Set-Up License <br /> <br />Pursuant to MS 340A.414, the Party House has applied to the State of Minnesota Liquor <br />Control Commissioner for a Permit for Consumption and Display (Set-up) License. <br />Subdivision 5 of that Statute requires the governing body of the City to approve this <br />permit. <br /> <br />I recommend that the City Council approve this permit and designate a representative such <br />as the City Administrator or Chief of police to sign the permit form provided by the State. <br /> <br />The Party House has been running a very controlled business as it relates to the display and <br />consumption of liquor and our problems there have been minimal. <br /> <br />MGA/jmt <br /> <br /> <br />
