CASE <br /> <br />REVIEW OF SNOWPLOWING AND SANDING POLICES AND <br /> PROCEDURES <br /> By: David R. Hartley, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As reported at the last Council meeting, the City Council is being asked to review the City <br />of Ramsey's snowplowing and sanding policies and procedures to determine if these <br />policies are consistent with current thought and opinion of the City Council.
