Councilmember LeTourneau introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #13 -11 -195 RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST FROM SOPHIA - RAMSEY, LLC FOR TERMINATION OF DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT ON LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 1, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 3RD ADDITION. WHEREAS, on December 22, 2004, the City entered into a development contract (the "Contract ") with RAMDANCE, LLC related to required improvements, sureties, and other obligations related to the plat entitled Ramsey Town Center 3` Addition (the "Plat "); and WHEREAS, on March 8, 2005, the City approved an assignment of the Contract to Sophia - Ramsey, LLC; and WHEREAS, the required improvements, sureties, and other obligations as required by the Contract have been completed. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby certifies that all of Sophia - Ramsey, LLC's obligations have been satisfied under the "City of Ramsey Development Contract for Ramsey Town Center 3` Addition ", dated December 22, 2004, filed in the Office of the Registrar of Titles for Anoka County, Minnesota on February 23, 2005 as Document No. 481898.008, as assigned from Ramdance, LLC to Sophia - Ramsey, LLC by the "Assignment and Assumption of Development Contract for Ramsey Town Center 3` Addition ", dated March 8, 2005, filed in the Office of the Registrar of Titles for Anoka County, Minnesota on March 10, 2005 as Document No. 482071.006 (collectively, the "Development Contract "). The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Kuzma, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Strommen Councilmember LeTourneau Councilmember Kuzma Councilmember Backous Councilmember Johns Councilmember Riley Councilmember Tossey and the following voted against the same:
