The subdivision proposes 102 single family <br />residential lots, a 1.1 acre neighborhood park, and <br />walkway from the park to the north edge of the proje <br />A system of residential streets will provide circula <br />within the project and will connect to proposed stre <br />from the Windemere Woods and Cedar Hills Plats. The <br />city of Ramsey plans to install a state aid street j <br />to the north of this site to provide additional acce <br />Sewer and water will be extended to the site through <br />Windemere Woods Plat on the south, however, addition <br />treatment facilities will not be required. <br /> <br />The plan proposes to minimize impact on existing <br />wetlands by preserving major wetland areas. A small <br />wetland at the southeast corner of the site will be <br />filled to allow street access to the adjoining props <br />This encroachment will be offse~ by the creation of <br />wetland in the park and rear yards of the adjoining <br />lots.
