Cul-de-sac <br /> <br />wa}, traffic and pedestrians and bicycle traffic at the rate <br />traffic would increase with the proposed housing developments. <br /> <br />We, the residents of Hunters Hill, find that the continuation <br />of 14~th Lane N.W. to the east into the new housing developments <br />would put an undue burden on our neighborhood including the <br />facts of traffic hazards, excessive traffic through a resident~l <br />area, congestion, nuisance and safety.
