Councilrnember ~option: introduced the following resolution and moved for its RESOLUTION ~)0-05- RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF THE PARK 67 INDUSTRIAL PARK ADDITION WHEREAS, Anoka Count3', hereafter referred to as "Developer", has proper]y applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: PARCEL A: That part of Section 35, Township 32 North, Range 25 West, Ano 'ka County, Minnesota, described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point on the north line of the Northwest Quarter, 51 rods west of the northeast comer of said Northwest Quarter, thence south parallel with the east line of said Northwest Quarter, a distance of 475.2 feet; thence west, parallel with the north line of said Northwest Quarter, a distance of 550.00 feet; thence north parallel with the east line of said Northwest Quarter, a distance of 475.2 feet; thence east 550.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing 6 acres more or less. EXCEPT the west 6 feet of the above described tract of land. PARCEL B: Outlot B, Block 1, RAMSEY 67 INrDUSTRIAL PARK FIRST ADDITION, according to the plat on file in the office of the Registrar of Titles, Ano'ka County, Minnesota. PARCEL C: The south 175.00 feet of the west 106.00 feet of Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 30, f'ties of the Registrar of Titles, County of Anoka. PARCEl. D: Tract B, EXCEPT the south 175.00 feet of the west 106.00 feet, Registered Land Survey No. 30, files of the Registrar of Titles, County of Anoka. AND WHEREAS, on May 8, 1990, the City received application and sketch plan from Ano 'ka County for Park 67 Industrial Park Addition; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on Ma3' 10, 1990 and recommended cash to satisfy the park dedication requirement as per the City Engineer's Review of May 9, 1990. WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on May 15, 1990 and approved the sketch plan of Park 67 Indusrriai Park Addition as per the City Engineer's Review of May 9, 1990 to proceed to the final plat stage. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the CiD, Council hereby grants final plat approval for the Park 67 Indusu-ial Park Addition in accordance with relevant CiD' Codes.
