The property is generally located in the <br />Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota. The legal description of the property is Lot 2, Block 1, Gateway North <br />Industrial Park, Plat 3, Anoka County, Minnesota. The P.I.N. is 2%32-25-44-0013.
