Sulxl. 4. No minor shall have been in his possession with the <br />intent to consomme it at a place other than the household of his parent or <br />guardian. <br /> <br /> Sub& 5. No person shall consomme or display any intoxicating <br />liquor on the premises of a licensee who is not also licensed to sell intoxicating <br />liquors. <br /> <br />130.0413. Certain persons excepted. A person who was bom on or before <br />September 1, 1967 may continue to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages .. <br />and shall be treated for purposes of this ordinance as a person who is 21 years <br />old. <br /> <br />130.0414. Penalty. Any person violating any provision of this ordinance is <br />guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not <br />more than $750.00 or imprisonment for not more than ninety (90) days or both. <br /> <br /> <br />
