9.1 <br /> <br />9.2 <br /> <br /> ARTICr.R IX <br />WORK ~~ <br /> <br />The normal work year for full-time Employees shall consist of the number <br />of Monday through Friday days in each calendar year multiplied by eight <br />(8) hours. These hours are to be accounted for by each Employee through: <br /> <br />a) Scheduled hours of work; <br />b) Scheduled department meetings; <br />c) Holidays; <br />d) Authorized training; and <br />e) Authorized leave time <br /> <br />Nothing contained in this or any other ARTICLE shall be interpreted to be a <br />guarantee of a minim~m or maximum number of hours the Employer may <br />assign Employees. <br /> <br />1989.90 LELS Agreement Page 11 <br /> <br /> <br />
