By a~reeing to the terms of eht. lea~e, it i~ mutually ~grecd that: <br /> <br />· The owner of the property (lessor), and sublessor, if any, may not manage gambling at the premises. <br /> <br />· The lessor of the promises, his or her immediate family, and any agents or empbyees Of the lessor may not <br /> particigate as pIwers in the conduct o~ lawful ga~'nbling on the leased I~emises. <br /> <br />· The lessor/eubles~or and the iessee do not h~ve · direct or indirect financ~ interest in the distribution or manutac: <br /> ture of gambling equipmenL <br /> <br />* The bessor or sublessor of the premises will allow the Board or agents of the Boa.ed, the Commissioner of Public <br /> Safety or agents of the commissioner, or the Commissioner of Revenue or agents of the commissioner, and law <br /> erdomement personnel to inspect the premises m any reasonable time, and permit the organization to conduct <br /> lawful gambling at the premises according to the terms of this lea.~e. The lessor may not impose any conditions on <br /> the organiz~ion regarding d~t~no~ of ga~bling equipment, serv~:~, or the ~ <br /> <br />· The organization must obtain a license from the Gambling Control _Re=__rd. The o,,ganiza~on wiZi be responsible tor <br /> complying with the laws and rules of lawful gambling. <br /> <br />The organization must have at the gambling premises a CUrrent inventory of gambling equipment, a sketch with <br />dimensions of the prembes available for review, and a clear physk:al set:~ratidn or divider between the lassee's <br />gambling equipment and the lessor's business equipment. <br /> <br />· The organization will be responsible for ensuring that the lessor's business activities ~re not conducted on the <br /> leased premises. <br /> <br />· If the lease is c~ncelled pdor to the termination date of this lease, each pa~ agrees to notify the Gambling Control <br /> Board explaining the rea.sons for the cancellation. The lease shall be terminn'ted immediately for a.m/gambling, <br /> liquor, prostitution or tax evasion violations occurring on the premises. <br /> <br />· The lessor/sublessor of the premises shall provide the lessee access to the licensed promises during any time rea- <br /> sor~ble and necessa~'y to conduct lawful gambling on the premises and as agreed upon in this lease. <br /> <br />· (Write in any other conditions or restrictions that will be included as pan c/the lease.
