ORDINANCE NO. 90- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 130 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE LICENSING CHAPTER <br />OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 130.05 OF THE CITY CODE, WHICH <br />SECTION REGULATES THE SALE OF "ON-SALE" INTOXICATING LIQUOR. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. <br /> <br />Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Section 130.0514 are amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />No sale of intoxicating liquor for consumption on the <br />licensed premises may be made: <br /> <br />Se <br /> <br />between 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on the days of <br />Monday through Saturday; <br />after 1:00 a.m. Sundays, except as provided by <br />Paragraph 2 below; or <br />between 8:00 p.m. on December 24th and 8:00 a.m. on <br />December 25th, except as provided by Paragraph 2 <br />below. <br /> <br />Special Sunday "on-sale" liquor licenses. Hotels, <br />restaurants, clubs, and bowling centers (as per State <br />law) having special Sunday "on-sale" liquor licenses may <br />serve alcoholic beverages in conjunction with the sale <br />of food between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. on <br />Mondays, provided the licensee is in conformance with the <br />Minnesota Clean Air Act, notwithstanding the provisions <br />of Paragraph 1 above. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br /> This Ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and thirty <br />(30) days after its publication according to law, subject to City <br />Charter Provision, Section 5.04. <br /> <br /> <br />
