ARTICLF. XI <br />COURT~ <br /> <br />An Employee who is required to appear in Court during his scheduled off-duty <br />time shall receive a minim,~:m of two (2) hours pay at one and one-half (1-1/2) <br />times the Employee's base pay rate.
