It notes that Subpart (2) of Subdivision 1 of Section <br />471.993 "Compensation Relationships of Positions" specifically <br />provides as follows: <br /> <br /> "Compensation for positions bear reasonable <br /> relationship to similar positions outside of that <br /> particular political subdivision's employment." <br /> <br /> Subpart (3) provides: <br /> <br /> "Compensation for positions within the Employer's <br /> work force bear reasonable relationship among related <br /> job classes and among various levels within the same <br /> occupational group." <br /> <br /> It notes that Subpart (2) in substance denotes that the pay <br />outside the jurisdiction for similar jobs such as the Stanton <br />Group V in this instance, is just as important a pay consideration <br />as the pay inside the political subdivision's employment.
