For the other City employees the <br />contribution rate is $182.00 for 1989, $195.00 for 1990. <br /> <br />POSITION OF THE UNION <br /> <br /> The Union proposes to increase the Employer's contribution <br />to $216.00 per month for 1989, and for 1990 proposes that the <br />Employer increase thei~'~ontribution to 50% of the increased cost <br />of the premium for 1990, which as I understand would now make a <br />contribution rate of $233.00 for 1990. <br /> <br />AWARD <br /> <br /> For 1989 the Employer's insurance contribution shall be <br />$194.00 and for 1990 the Employer's insurance contribution shall <br />be $2'07.00. <br /> <br />RATIONALE <br /> <br /> In interest arbitration, in determining a proper level of <br />insurance contribution benefits, internal comparisons are more <br /> <br />20 <br /> <br /> <br />
