Monthly Bill Payment of the monthly bi'll shall be made by the due date marked on the bill. If not paid by the due date, the consumer shall pay a late charge of $1.50 plus.l-i/3% of the amount billed in addition to the bill. Each light shall have an installation fee based on the type of light requested and any special installation fees as required. · he-e~'~pe~a~ve AEC shall furnish, install and maintain the necessary energy a~d equipment for a controlled street lighting system of either overhead or underground type construction.. Materials furnished shall be of a standard type selected by ~Be e~pe~a~ve AEC. Request for initial service indicating the la~p size, type of construction desired, fixture location, may be requested by a developer, but shall.be accompanied by written authorization from an official of the Municipality or representative of the Communit¥_requgsting service. Requests for changes in lamp size or the addition or deletion of fixtures shall be made in writing by an authorized official of the Municipality or representative of the Community requesting service.
