EASEMENT PAYMENT <br /> RIVLYN STREET N.W. <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 89-13 <br />By= Pete Raatikka, City Engineer <br /> <br />Background= <br /> <br />In accordance with a resolution authorizing acquisition of certain <br />street and utility easements for Improvement Project 89-13 Rivlyn <br />Street sewer and water, we have reached an agreement with Myron I. <br />Welty for $1,750. <br /> <br />Enclosed is a copy of the cost estimate showing how the amount was <br />arrived at and a copy of a sketch of the easement. Also enclosed <br />is a copy of a proposed resolution authorizing payment for the <br />easement. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends adoption of the proposed resolution 90-06- <br />authorizing payment of the easement° <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to approve/not approve resolution 90-06- <br />payment to Myron I.
