Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 090-06- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PHASING PLAN FOR WINDEMERE <br />WOODS, CHESTNUT HILLS, CHESTNUT POND AND CEDAR HILLS <br />ADDITIONS) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on September 27, 1988 and approved <br />the preliminary plat for Windemere Woods Addition as per the Ramsey Planning and <br />Zoning Commission recommendation of September 19, 1988 and the Department of <br />Natural Resources review of the revised plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on May 22, 1990 the Ramsey City Council granted preliminary plat <br />approval of Chesmut Hills Addition contingent upon compliance with items contained in <br />the City Engineer's Review dated May 16, 1990; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 5, I990 the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission <br />recommended preliminary plat approval of Cedar Hills Addition as per the City Engineers <br />Review dated May 29, 1990; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 5, 1990 the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission <br />approved the sketch plan for Chestnut Ponds Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 3, 1990 the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission <br />declared the proposed sUbdivision of Windemere Woods, Chestnut Hills and Cedar Hills <br />consistent with the official zoning map and comprehensive plan for the City of Ramsey as <br />part of the subdividers request for Tax Increment Financing; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 17, 1990 the City of Ramsey received a petition for local <br />improvements for Chestnut Hills Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 18, 1989 the City of Ramsey received a petition for public <br />improvements for Windemere Woods Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 24, 1990 the City of Ramsey received a petition for local <br />improvements for Cedar Hills Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on May 31, 1990 the City of Ramsey received a phasing plan <br />which establishes the estimated development schedule of Windemere Woods, Chestnut <br />Hills, Chestnut Pond and Cedar Hills Additions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby approves the phasing plan (schedule) for Windemere <br />Woods, Chestnut Hills, Chestnut Pond and Cedar Hills Additions dated May 31, <br />1990. <br /> <br /> <br />
