NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a <br />public hearing on Tuesday, May 15, 1990 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 <br />Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider Donald Greenberg's request for preliminary plat <br />approval of the proposed Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 4. The proposed plat consists of <br />approximately 22 +/- acres and is proposed to be developed with three (3) Industrial lots. The <br />property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 1, Gateway North Industrial Park, Plat 3, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> All'pers6ns are inviied to attend the hearing and comment on the request for preliminary <br />plat approval. Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey Planning and <br />Zoning Commission, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsey, Minnesota 55303.
